Thank you again,

Remembering Teacher Tom Samson (1977-2012)

Five years ago today, Swansea P.S. lost teacher Mr. Tom Samson in a tragic early-morning bike accident.  Mr. Samson had been a teacher here for 9 years, and many of our current Grade 7 & 8 students would have had him as their Kindergarten, Grade 1 or 2 teacher.   Mr. Samson was known for many things including his great sense of humour and love of pulling pranks, his bowties, his love for Chess, his basketball prowess and his caring and dedication as a teacher.   He left behind his wife, 2 young children, and his parents.
